Alternative solution and strength check of mechanical screens
Sommer, Matěj ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with a new design of bar screens. The goal was to come up with an alternative design to already existing device by INKOS a. s. In the first part, there is a summary of various machines working in similiar conditions. The insights gained by this research influenced the design of the new device. It utilizes well proven solutions from previous projects, but some of these were reworked and a few new functions were added. Second part of the thesis describes the analytical solutions, which were used to determine the forces in the assembly during the operation of the device. Based on the results of these calculations, a strength analysis of important components was performed using the finite element method. The result of this thesis is the design and optimization of new bar screens, including engineering drawings and tools for its further development.
Mechanical cleaner-machine
Marek, Vlastimil ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with design of mechanical screen cleaning machine for wastewater treatment plant, which will be placed in 800 mm wide and 1 850 mm deep intake canal. Thesis includes research of produced systems, construction design, drive unit design and other necessary strength and technical calculations. Thesis is supplemented by drawing of machine and its details.
Hydraulic cleaner-machine
Homoláč, Zdeněk ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with construction design mechanically rake screens with hydraulic drive. The diploma thesis is composet of several parts, in a first past is an overwiew of mechanical method of cleaning screams. The second part deals of diploma thesis deals with product design rakes raking mechanism. The third part is an analysis of machine parts and describe their functions. It is then carried out stress analysis using fine element methods (FEM) in the program I-deas.
Wastewater pretreatment at sewerage network
Doskočilová, Denisa ; Sousedík, Milan (referee) ; Hlavínek, Petr (advisor)
ABSTARCT The aim of this thesis is to treat the problem of wastewater pretreatment on the sewer network with a focus on storm water overflow and their impact on waterways with regard to The Methodological Manual for Assessment of storm water overflow within uniform sewerage systems in urban areas. This work describes the legislation relating to storm water overflow and includes comparison with other countries. Furthermore, there is processed the outline of objects and equipment which can be used for wastewater pre-treatment in the sewer network. In the practical part of the thesis there is designed a new solution for the mobile spillway edge of the storm water overflow OK2A, which is located within the sewer network in Brno. In the practical part of the paper there is depicted the project documentation of newly designed equipment and objects. Water management companies, design offices, students and the general public can use this thesis as an inspiration.
A design of punching tool
Bastl, Dominik ; Omes, Jiří (referee) ; Tůma, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a special punching tool for a bending machine. The aim is to design a punching tool which, thanks to its compatibility with an existing bending machine, would allow punching and bending of square tubes in one profile clamping, thus streamlining the entire production compared to the existing production process.
Hydraulic rake screen
Perejda, Michal ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis Hydraulic rake screen deals with the design of the hydraulic screen cleaning device with a stroke of 1800 mm, which will be placed in 1000 mm wide flow chanell of the wastewater treatment facility. This paper contains structural optimalization of the structure due to operating conditions and loads, mechanical strength calculations and drawings of the device and its details.
Hydraulically driven screens
Forman, Ladislav ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The main objective of this work is the calculation of selected parts of hydraulically driven screens such as cleaning equipment before entering the small hydro power plants. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part focuses mainly on the calculation of hydraulic mechanism for cleaning screens. The second part contains a drawing of the general assembly hydraulically driven screens and sub-assemblies.
Hydraulically driven screens
Čupr, Pavel ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of hydraulically driven screen as an entrance clean mechanism in front of the small hydro-electric power plant. This bachelor’s thesis consists of several sections, the first shows overview and function of several kinds of screens of significant producers. Second shows the design of hydraulically driven screens with strength analysis. In the end the design of the hydraulic circuit of the screen drive is done.
Mechanical screens for waste water treatment plant
Běluša, Jiří ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis contains design of self-cleaning screens. The thesis consists of critical research, design of main components and technical drawings of selected components.
The measurement of melanopic quantities in indoor spaces with the luminance analyser LDA - LumiDISP
Siegel, Josef ; Baxant, Petr (referee) ; Motyčka, Martin (advisor)
This thesis focuses on measuring melanopic quantities in indoor spaces and their impact on individuals and their circadian rhythms. Melanopic quantities are specific parameters of light that influence biological responses and physiological processes in our bodies. To measure these quantities, a photometric analyzer is utilized, enabling the quantification of spectral components of light. It also evaluates the melanopic contributions of various lighting sources, such as LED fixtures, incandescent bulbs, or natural daylight.
